Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is necessary, we require at least 48 hours' notice in advance. A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a customer misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will charge the customer a missed appointment fee equal to the value of reserved services. We do not offer partial refunds for any unused sessions or portions of the coaching programme. Once a programme or package is purchased, the full amount is non-refundable
